CUIT offers configuration support and assistance for Blackberries, iPhones, and Android phones. We recommend wireless service from AT&T and Verizon Wireless. Blackberry users who have a phone provided by CUIT and who use CUIT’s Exchange service can have access to the CUIT Blackberry server. CUMC Exchange users can get to the CUMC Blackberry server.
The prices and plans listed on this page apply only to CUIT-provided equipment and services. Many phone vendors give personal cellular phone discounts. For details, visit the HR discounts page or the Purchasing website.
Devices purchased from CUIT come with a one-year warranty that covers manufacturer's defects. This warranty does not cover problems resulting from misuse, accident, modification or other improper use of the equipment.
Devices in like-new condition may be returned within five business days of purchase; a $50 restocking fee will be charged, and any missing accessories will be charged at the current prices.
After normal business hours and on weekends you can reach your wireless carrier for troubleshooting assistance. Please note that all requests for changes to service, features, and new or replacement equipment must come through CUIT.
