Portfolio Management

The Portfolio Management Office is responsible for Service Management, Program Management and Project Management practices and ensures alignment between strategic objectives and implementation on behalf of Columbia University Information Technology.  

The Portfolio Management Office manages strategic projects and programs, publishes, prioritizes, and tracks a roadmap of key enterprise commitments, and drives a process-based approach to service delivery.

Additional responsibility includes reporting and analysis of CUIT’s performance with direct management of the software platform that supports IT service management and common business processes. Portfolio Management often initiates major improvement initiatives in support and on behalf of CUIT.
