In addition to Infrastructure Services, Jim oversees the Data Center & Operations group along with the Network Support team. Prior to Columbia, Jim was responsible for IT Infrastructure at Avon Products in New York where he managed a global team responsible for ensuring high levels of availability for online web ordering systems. He holds a B.B.A from Iona College and is ITIL certified. Jim’s office and a large portion of his department are based in the Nash building at 3280 Broadway.
