CUIT offers configuration support and assistance for iPhones and some Android devices. We recommend wireless service from AT&T and Verizon Wireless.

Order Mobile Devices

The prices and plans listed on these pages apply only to CUIT-provided equipment and services.

Devices purchased from CUIT come with a one-year warranty that covers manufacturer's defects. This warranty does not cover problems resulting from misuse, accident, modification or other improper use of the equipment. Devices in like-new condition may be returned within five business days of purchase; a $50 restocking fee will be charged, and any missing accessories will be charged at the current prices.

Mobile Device Management (MDM) - AirWatch

CUIT launched MDM in 2017, using a solution called AirWatch for all CUIT-issued mobile devices. AirWatch ensures that your devices are secure and in compliance with University security policies. For details, visit the MDM AirWatch informational page.

Personal Devices

Many phone vendors give mobile phone discounts to individuals who work at the University. For details, visit the HR discounts page.

 

Getting Help

After normal business hours and on weekends you can reach your wireless carrier for troubleshooting assistance. Please note that all requests for changes to service, features, and new or replacement equipment for a CUIT-purchased phone, must come through CUIT.
